István Fábián, Rector of the University of Debrecen will receive the highest honor of the New Delhi University in India.
The inauguration ceremony for doctors and honorary doctors begins at 11 am, this Saturday, in the main hall of the Main Building. At the ceremony, 70 people will receive their doctoral degrees, 14 people get doctor habilitat title and Dr. István Bitskey, Dr. Imre Ertsey, Dr. László Losonczi, Dr. Imre Sóvágó will be honored by the title of Doctor Emeritus.
The honorary doctor title will be handed over to Dr. János Péntek linguist, Dr. Willem E. Saris visiting professor and Dr. Natan M. Bornstein, teacher at the University of Tel-Aviv. The School of Professional Studies and Research (New Delhi) will award Prof. Dr. István Fábián, Rector of the University of Debrecen the highest honor of the university: the honorary doctor title.
