The Hajdú-Bihar County Police Headquarters started proceedings against a 47-year-old Romanian man – the County Police Headquarters spokesman said.
The truck driver wanted to cross the border at Ártánd on 11th of November 2009. The X-ray inspection was done and four hidden Iraqi citizen were found in thetruck.
The four Iraqi citizens were shipped to the Refugee Reception Center at Békéscsaba.
The truck driver was detained by the police and the proceedings continues against him.
